hello everybody!
my names jason and im just getting back into the fishing boating scene after some "situations".i bought another boat a couple of weeks ago, a 23ft chapparal. im trying to get into a slip at rusty joes, or bay point and am local to that area (i live 10 miles from the marinas). i fish the delaware bay mostly, but sometimes hop on charters for offshore tuna and shark.
this is my 3rd attempt at boat ownership, the first one sunk at the slip after 1 trip, i got 2 perch trips out of the second one before attempting fall striper fishing and sinking it in the bay. hopefully the third time is a charm! i lost all my gear with the boat, but am slowly rebuilding my arsenal.
i have plenty of questions, and im looking forward to learning some tricks from you all, and will be posting reports as i go out.

sounds like a friend of mine. Sunk his boat in his backyard then the following year burned the boat right down to just the hull in his backyard (lacy)

welcome and gl with the new boat... and don't forget although you may catch fish on your boat..... they don't count.... oh and wtach out for sharks they like to eat seats..... they may be attracted to "chumming" so make sure you got your seasickness patch on...
